RAIL SHUNTING OPERATIONS

• Specialized in handling 125-wagon manganese trains at balloon line sidings, which allow continuous loading without reversing.
• Likely involved in coordinating with Transnet Freight Rail or mining companies for efficient dispatch and turnaround.

Supply of Competent Rail Operational Personnel

• Train Drivers & Shunters: Skilled operators for moving wagons within mine sidings and balloon loops.
• Load Supervisors: Personnel overseeing the safe and efficient loading of bulk commodities like manganese.
• Track Maintenance Crews: Teams responsible for upkeep of rail infrastructure at private and mining sidings.
• Safety Officers: Ensuring compliance with mine and rail safety protocols during operations.

LOADING AND OFFLOADING OF WAGONS

Mining Logistics Integration
